Baltimore Police Commissioner says 'the curfew is in fact working'

Baltimore Police Commissioner Anthony Batts announced during a press conference late Tuesday night that a total of 10 people have been arrested since curfew began at 10 p.m. "There's not a lot of activity as a whole, so the curfew is in fact working," Batts said.
